Problem with internet at college

i have a wifi connection at college but they allow me only 100 mb in a day which seems to be little to me.college is using cyberoam and most of the help site is only for accessing blocked site as here no site is blocked but only 100 mb a day which is shared by windows updates,antivirus update and many other application so I have so liitle amount of data
please suggest me what should I do
or please at least suggest me a data tracker software how much I have used
but please help me how to get rid of limited internet

The throughput calculation is being made on the service provider's end of the connection, not in your computer. There's nothing you can do except change to another Internet Service Provider.

To track your usage you would have to know what they're counting and be able to make your software duplicate theirs. If they are going to impose that limitation, they should provide a method for you to monitor your usage. I would talk to the people running the system and explain that you are having to make choices to get your college work done. It is unreasonable for them to expect you to guess at the amount of daily throughput you've used.

but on asking them for taking the limit,they says that we can do imp work on college lab,the limited problem is on wifi connection as I access through from my laptop

In order for the Internet to work, a lot of data is transferred both ways beside what you see. Download PortMon from the link below and you'll see what I mean.

but they count size of all internal also all thing we do on net or happen internally
now what software is useful forr tracking the size of internet I have used in a day
