I need help with my bills , will bancruptcy work, need money by Monday?

I have lost my job, recently and go to college full time. I have no income right now because I am going to school, unemployment denied me, because I cannot get a full time job. I have applied for ACCHS and I am still fighting with them over paperwork they lost. My daughter and grandchildren came to help out and they were in a car accident, everyone is okay but my daughter, messed up her back and right leg, so she cannot drive or get a job, and is also waiting for ACCHS until she is able.We are now behind on electric and mortage. We have asked organizations and friends but to no avail. Will bancruptcy keep my house?

There are ways that you can protect your home in bankrupcy but it's complicated. It depends on a lot of different circumstances and the chapter you file under. You really need legal advice.
