I have bought Beserol for lower back ache my pharmasis require it but after reading all the side effect online I am having secound thoughts

Beserol has been removed from the market by the World Health Organization for a high incidence of causing Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

If your pain is so severe that over-the-counter drugs don't provode relief you should see a doctor.
