How to unlock facebook at my college

If your system works like most, it has a Local Area network that all of the computers in the school connect to. When the computer you're using requests a site, it links to a proxy server on the other end that compares the site you've requested to a list of acceptable web sites. If the requested site isn't on the list, you're blocked.

Under that type system, there's nothing you can change on the machine you're using to unblock Facebook. You should also be aware that some such systems keep records of attempts to defeat the blocks.

your probelm can be solved using ultrasoft software (i think) you can download it frm ultrareach.com or search it on google,this software takes you to the site in hidden form so server cannot detect facebook is being open,but I dont know much abt internally of the software download ultrasoft,run it and open any of blocked site,but this software slows the internet speed as site goes through it,but if it is engough for you with that speed u can use it.
just run the software and run the site in internet explorer as it works only with internet exlorer.

i have not one but 2 options that all work and that do not require any proxy's

1) if you know a tafe user and password or if you own one sites like these should be unblocked.

2) open google translate and open one note then type in the facebook URL above into one note from a computer that has full access to all sites when you do that your URL on one note should turn blue and turn into a link that you can click on, press it and it should take you to the facebook home and then log in and there you have it.

note: on your home computer type in firefox or google facebook then press on it so it takes you to the facebook home then copy or cut and paste the URL onto a usb drive then put it into your school laptop and send it over and copy and paste the sent URL to one note and press on the sent link on your one note.

hey I have a tafe pw but for some reason it only works if I log on at school... hwo do I get it to work at hom eusing the school laptop??? where cna I log in?
