How to find an email that has been deleted from your deleted box

I deleted something without writing down the web site. Once it went to my deleted box it stayed there for a few days then was deleted. I need to retrieve it to get the web site.

If you're using Outlook Express, the emails are held in an indexed data base. When you delete an email, it goes to the Deleted items folder and remains there until you empty that folder. If you haven't dumped the folder, I'd take a second look to make sure it's not there. If the Deleted Items folder has been emptied, it's gone.
