My cats paw is stuck in the kitchen sink disposal. What should I do?

I was giving my cat a bath in the kitchen sink. Her paw got stuck in the kitchen disposal. Should I pull her out or finish running her through?

If you've ever tried to give a cat a bath you'd understand how unbelievable that sounds. Cats clean themselves and will do severe damage to anybody that tries to dunk them in water.
