B. The legislative branch passes the laws. Eisenhower served as President in the Administrative branch. Some legislation was passed including construction of the Interstate Highway system. He also sponsored and signed the Civil Rights Bill of 1957.

C. Capitalism had been around for centuries before Eisenhower. "Private Capitalism" is confusing. The bulwark of capitalism is public ownership of industry through common stock. There are also privately held companies in which are also part of the capitalist system.
