How to lose weight healthily

i wannna lose weight, but w/o pills or whatever. ideas?

Don't buy anything that comes in a box. Use meat servings the size of a deck of cards and all of the fresh vegetables and fruit you want from the produce section.

What works really well is to cut the meat up in the veggies and cook them all together in a crock pot or stir-fry them. The meat will add flavor to the bland tasting veggies.

If you're serious, don't look at it as a diet, do a "life style change" forever. Don't weigh or worry about dieting, just make that your lifestyle, get active and spend your time on the move.

i had that issue with me till the day I realize it was time for it what I do drink lots of water and u can esercise at home put some music on and let everthin go u dont even realize how quick the time goes and belive it does work good luck
