Does dark skinned girls are always nice.and friendly .than compared to whiter girls?

I've never seen any evidence that the color of a person's skin has anything to do with how friencly they are. Being friendly is more about attitude than color.

yes they are I have a darke skined freind and she may be the nicest person you may ever meat:)
