is it better to watch movie in english with target language subtitles or native language subtitles

Does watching films in english help in learning it?
Spoken English with native subtitles might help you learn what is being said and spoken in the native language with English subtitles might help to learn how to pronounce the words. Watching a movie spoken in English with English subtitles wouldn't help much in my view.
