I normally wake up and run for a bit then get a shower then grab a bite to eat before starting my day. Those normally help me to wake up.
Taking a shower works for me.
I go running like really early. so the fresh air wakes mee up. I dont kno if that can apply to u if u dont have time to run. But try filling up a tub of cold water and dumping your head in it for a couple seconds. it should help :)
