I want to know what are the stress factors that affect you? and how do you manage that stress?

Well see i'm a college student right now so I have all of the stress of maintaining a 4.0 gpa in order to keep my scholarships. The best way I have found to manage the stress is take an hour out of everyday to just relax and have little fun. Meditation helps me a lot.
