My eMachine laptop doesn't come with a webcam! How do I download one w/o a virus?

So I can not find any webcams on my computer! I searched everywhere! I am afraid to download one off the internet in case I get a virus. I just really need help! So please help me! If I had known eMachines were this bad I would of bought a Gateway! Thanks <3 Izzy

A web cam is a little video camera. If your notebook isn't equipped with one, you can't download it, you have to go to an electronics store and buy one. Pay attention to how it inputs to the computer and that the software for managing the camera comes with it.
