This Sr. pastor's kid cussed me out in church

In July, I was cussed out by this boy (Mark, 17 *16 at the time* Sr. Pastor's kid) Me and my friends were looking for my cell during church service, Mrs. Floyd told me that our Sr. Pastor's kids like messing with people's stuff. So I find them in the sound system, I tap Mark on the shoulder and he says "Damn, What the hell Destine" and he says "F yes I did!" my mom slaps him, I say "I have no reason, to slap you, I'm just looking for a phone, I don't want to see you or your brother get hurt" he says " I know that's what I love about you. I was watching you said I said 'uh -oh she look mad' and I know you bad and you don't play" I ask "You were watching me" he said "I always watch you" I see him looking my way but I hate making assumptions brother says "found your phone b****?" I get my dad's friend; An associate pastor comes by, My mom gets in the sound booth and asks him “Did you cuss out my daughter?”

and he says "F yes I did!" my mom slaps him, I say "I have no reason, to slap you, I'm just looking for a phone, I don't want to see you or your brother get hurt" he says " I know that's what I love about you. I was watching you said I said 'uh -oh she look mad' and I know you bad and you don't play" I ask "You were watching me" he said "I always watch you" I see him looking my way but I hate making assumptions
The question was why is he so weird

Being a pastor's kid doesn't make a child any better behaved than being an astronaut's kid means you can fly. Also, being a good pastor doesn't mean you're automatically a good parent. Don't worry about him. Do a good job with your responsibilities and sooner or later the pastor's kid will have to deal with the consequences of what he does. Everybody gets two choices. Either learn how to behave at home or the world will teach you to how to behave when you get out on your own.
