I like this girl, but I dont know if she likes me

i was texting her a few weeks ago and she said texted me saying use this number wisely , and I was confused and I dont know what she ment by this? is it a sign that she likes me or what?

Most people would respond to that statement by asking her what she meant. She's the only person that knows the answer.
