Is there hate at first look too?

I never met her before I starting working here. It took her 2 months to even talk to me. Then another
to say my name. She feels that she can talk to me anyway she wants. I know she hates other people put treats them respectfully. Why does she hate me I truly never did anything to her. Getting to know her she's just like me. Its been 9 months now and I told her via email lst night she can't do that and she responded :Please discontinue unleashing your issues with me on email.
I have asked her out before she said yes then turned out to be busy for the rest of her life.

Sounds to me like both of you have issues. Why can't she do her job in a professional way and why should you care whether she likes you?

Leave her alone, do your job and don't mix your professional life with your social life. Situations like this get people fired for harrassment.
