I NEED HELP! My friend likes me? I like her but Imma a girl too.:/

i really like my friend but there's a problem she's a girl and imma girl too... She knows I go both ways and she knows I kinda like her when she sleeps over she lets me hugg her touch her stomach and im always kissing her hand or her back and she doenst say anything but I dot know what to do if I should ask her out or what? I asked her once if she would go out with a girl and she said she didnt kno so I dont know what to do.....i am always nice and when I tell her nice things she smiles...im always telling her shes so special......awwwh I seriusly need help....!!!
