How to get in the Music Indestry?

The music industry is about skills. What do you do well enough that people would be willing to pay to watch or hear you do it?

Start learning an instrument, how to sing, or how to mix sound. If you go to a church or know someone who is a musician, ask if you can help out in some way or ask for advice.

Once you start making music or playing with it, start putting your stuff on youtube. Even if it's just you singing along with your favorite songs. Make friends with and comment on other people who are also learning. The only way to get ahead at any job is to get good at it and to make lots of friends.
