Coolent leak

i bought a 2005 dodge stratus that just had the water pump replaced. while idling in a parking lot I noticed a large puddle of coolant under my car. I have driven it about six times since the purchase. I drove home immediately after spotting the leak,about 5 mile city.did not over heat but reservoir is empty .

possible air pocket/burp?

Possibly.

It could be that the coolant was overfilled and that was the first time it was warm enough to overflow. I'd watch it for signs of overheating. Make sure that you're judging "over heat" from the block temp, not the radiator. Without circulation the water in the radiator can be cool while the block boils.
