well I have heard of a disease that makes one actually crave the taste of blood but that was from an untrustworthy source. there are people who do dress like them and drink blood, most of the blood is fake but occasionally some people will drink animal blood. however the vampires of myth I dont believe they exist but there is so much in this world that we dont so it might be a possibility :)

I think the Porphyria disease also kown as Vampire disease is the closesd you come in reality.

They are real.I have been studying and looking up things 4 3 years and everything I went to said they were real.So yes and some people say I am wasting my time but I am not cuz I actually know someone who is one but he wont change me he keeps saying I will hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!Anyway yes.
