Is there a site that allows me to speak with a doctor for without paying for his answer

I am trying to find a website that allows me to state my medical problem and get a genuine answer from a doctor without paying for his response

Doctors are licensed to practice by the states. There are sites like WebMd that offer medical information but doctors don't practice medicine over the Internet.
Imagine the questions an Internet doc would get. "Hey man... my eye's hurtin' I need a 'scription for some weed..." :-)
