If I don't digest every day what will happen to me?

My digestion system is not normal I don't digest every day it takes 5 or 4 days for me to digest, and I eat every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it still takes 5 or 4 days for me to digest. And sometimes it comes out small drops not whole, and im only 17. So is this ok for my age.

It's not OK. You're not eating enough vegetables and fruits. A diet high in fiber will help that plus add vitamins. Low fiber diets carry the risk of colon cancer whjen you get older.

If you are talking about food moving through your system, then this is not optimum for health. Unless you have some medical condition, clean up your diet. Eat more bulk foods - fiber, salads, vegetables, whole grain breads - even a bran type cereal in the mornings. There is really no useful purpose for food to sit in your intestines for extended periods of time, but don't get hung up on fad stuff or cleansing diets or laxatives. Just adjust your diet. Daily elimination would be good. It may take time, as your system has adapted to this holding/storage period. You may be amazed at how much better you feel and how much energy you have.
