Hunger is your body saying it's time to eat. It's not the same for everybody. Your digestive system works better if you eat smaller amounts and more often. It's the amount you eat vs. time. Active people need more time between meals to be able to get anything done. Often 2-3 hours just isn't practical.
Ask_Sean Says, It depends on "how much you eat?" the more you eat the more hungrier you are and vice versa, it also depends on how much you move about/excercise.
