I can't activate RoboDemo.

I'm sorry,I can't speak English well,becase from Japan.

I can't activate RoboDemo.
This RoboDemo was bought at 2004,August.
I try to obtain the activation code, I called Customer center,
But the telephone was not connected.(1-800-677-4946)
Where should I call?

But my RoboDemo is ver.3 , so It doesn't support it. Regrettably.

I am trying to activate a RoboDemo 5, hopefully I will have more luck.
I would like to add that I agree your English is very good. I'd guess your grammar/syntax is at about 95% and your ability to communicate your message effectively is at 100%, which puts you well ahead of most Americans. And I'm at 0% in both categories in Japanese, so you really shouldn't have to apologize!
