What is the diference between human & democratic right

In many ways the the two overlap but simply stated, human rights are rights that you should have by virtue of being a human being. An act that falls below the moral and ethical standards of mankind would be a violation of those rights.

Democratic rights are granted under the constitution of your government like the right to vote. They aren't the same everywhere like human rights should be. Democracy has variations both historically and currently from one government to another.
