Need help retrieving my mms message online, it keeps coming up as ERROR! Please Help Me& Thank You

Please help me I would really love to get my message off this system so I can see it! Plus see who it was that sent me this message! I put my proper phone number in and then my ID # and it kept telling me ERROR, so plaese if you would help me retrieve it! Thank You!

There are many possible reasons when you only get "Error" for an explaination. There could be a problem with how the message was packaged on the other end and some systems will not pass MMS messages greater than 300KB in size. It could also be a problem on your end. If you have received MMS messages before without problems, I would discard that and see if the sender can send it by conventional email.

If you have never received a MMS message on the device, look in the operator's guide at any options you have for configuring it a different way.
