Should a bitch having been mated continue bleeding slightly

Have mated a bitch on days 12 and 13 having had the results from a premate test. She has continued to bleed slightly through out, but willingly accepted the dog. Is anything wrong ?
Has had a litter previously.

The canine mating process can be rough but if it's been more than a couple days, I'd take her to a vet.
