My fiance needs help finding a diesel machanic job ASAP

My fiance has been out of work for almost a full year. He graduate from UTI in Houston, Tx in November 2009. But since he graduated he has been unable to find a job in the heavy diesel machanic field. We have looked and applied everywhere, but no luck. The only place he has not applied is for jobs overseas for personal reasons. We are having serious money problems and he needs a job ASAP. We are willing to move to a different state, as long as they atleast simi-help with moving cost. I'v heard if its a move far enough a lot of jobs help with that. We need advice, help, job offers. ANYTHING!! Please help!
