Can we unincorperate our business?

Our corperation name experied and in order to renew they want $900.00 dollars that we simply don't have.Now it's become a problem
with finding workers comp for our employee.So is it possible or to difficult to go back to sole partnership?Our business net income is less then $3,000.00 a month!

While you're free to start a new business as you want, you will have to file final tax returns on the corporation. If the corporation owns property, that will have to be dealt with some way. All of that could possibly cost more than $900.

You might be able to change the employee to subcontractor status, let him/her buy their own insurance, tank the corporation and run the business as a private company.
