Replaced throrrle body on 2003 honda element. Now won't shift out of park because rpm runnin at1000
The normal idle on that vehicle is 700-900 rpm and is computer controlled (not adjustable). 1000 RPM doesn't sound excessive. What makes you think it's not shifting out of park "because" of the RPM?
