I'm not sure of this girls feelings twards me.

Issues;
We DO work together
Age difference (7 years)
After working with her and hanging out with her, she knows I like her, and I know she likes me, but I think I'm starting to feel more than just a crush on her
Her parents are homophobic
We just recently started "talking", and I know shes "talking" to other girls, but it makes me feel jelous

So I guess that all in all, how do I make her mine? I understand I can't make anyone do anything against their own will, but I do know that you can lean a person one way or another. So is there anything I can do to show her that I think I am better suited for her than the other girls she's talking to?

A relationship is a two way street; a mutual attraction. There are no magic words that you can say to make yourself attractive to her if she knows you well and is interested in others. The best you can do is always be there for her and hope that she will see the value in that.

In my view, life works better if you hang loose and play the field until you meet someone who finds you just as attractive as you find them. It just makes sense to only try on the clothes that fit rather than pick something beautiful that is three sizes too small.
