I think that the question refers to hacking his own account. ive done this before to myself with Halo 4 Profile Editor and Horizon. Using these requires that your specific xbox 360 console has been J-TAGged or RGHed. this is basically a hardware hack that involves some extra parts, time, tools, and internet knowledge. This allows you to hack your profile, hack specific game profiles, game saves, levels, points, console settings, get free games, run games without the disk(s), run a non xbox 360 game/emulator for nintendo games(etc.), make your own themes, use a keyboard and mouse combo (yes, it is possible, but very hard to do!), run unsigned and/or (whatstherightword???) unhashed code, run a hacked game. edit halo levels with a pc application called assembly and run said hacked levels on your console, increase/decrease fan speed, use a non-xbox hard drive, add components to the xbox, use a different model of optical drive, etc. have fun. read something about JTAGging BEFORE you do it.
