What can I do to relieve my pain?

I am 67. Yesterday my left hand and arm started hurting for no reason. The day before I had chest pains. Today my left hand is swollen. I can't even make a fist. The pain in my hand and arm is very painful. I am very active, but today I don't feel good at all.

Even if somebody here is qualified to make a diagnosis based on such limited information, there is nothing they could do to treat it.

Go see a doctor immediately!
