2002 Kia Rio Wiring

I have a 2002 Kia Rio and just noticed two brown wires connected at the ends dangling suspiciously from under my dash - near the fuse box/steering wheel. The thing on the end of them looks kind of like a tiny coax end minus the pin in the middle. Almost looks like it could screw into something. Any ideas what it is?

Most likely internel wiring for a feature that wasn't included on your car.
