What does it mean when a girl says "Mm, you are mine"?

I was with my friend at a party for teens and we saw some of her friends so we went over to hangout with them. Then, one of the girls looked at me and said "mm, you are mine!" and hugged me. Then she was like, "why didnt you hug me haha?" and I said "uh ok." and gave her a hug. Then we just talked and stuff. she wasnt drunk or anything. what does that mean? does she like me or something? cuz she is in 8th grade and I am in 9th grade.

Probably means she likes you but at that age, don't be surprised if she likes someone else next week.
