A girl who I really love is avoiding or liking me?

i liked this girl who I met while training .i used to be her friend.but we have not gone out as such.but I started liking her and she got to know and started avoiding me.i asked her why r u avoiding me.she said u dont think me as a friend.then my friends started telling her that I like her and she asked me whether I like her?i said yes.she said I dont want you and your friendship.then next week when I badly liked her and when I went to tell her she said a lie that she is liking some other guy.but it was a lie which I found out.after one week,we were in same team in office and she talked to me first and then I told her I like you as a friend and be comfortable with me.i started dropping her in bike at night to her house.this happened for 4 days then her friend took her to her house.one day we went to a job interview where she was confortable with me(we went to restaurant and all)and she was with me in bike for whole day.then what happend....i used to talk to her in phoneand I used to care her a lot....she used to smile when she crosses me but in front of her friends she does not talk to me .she tries to avoid me in front of her friends.
today I called her,she dint pick up my call and she was like avoiding me???
i just wanna know if she likes me or not???and what to do ?

Any relationship that has a chance for growing into a long term thing has to be based on fairness, equality, honesty and good communications. Your description sounds like some of the ingredients are missing.

If you back off and avoid her, one of two things will happen:

* If she really cares about you she will realize she's about to lose you and stop playing games.

* If she doesn't care, your ignoring her will make no difference and you will have learned where you really stand.
