What are all the differences between army and police dog training uk

I know the differences in salary and the obvious chance that in the army you can be sent to one of 6-8 places in the world and if needed have to go to war...but what I would like to know more is the not so obvious differences, not about the training of the dogs themselves...i have done a lot of research into this but i've not been able to find anything more then wage differences so if anyone knows anything more in depth it's be a great help

I have no knowledge about UK dogs specifically but generally dogs are trained based on the task they will perform. For example, a police dog must be able to work in public places and work to specific commands from the handler. A dog assigned to guard a secure military outpost wouldn't need that capability, just put him inside the perimeter run and train him to go after anything that comes over the fence.

The training isn't as much decided by the agency they work for, rather the training fits the specific task.
