Im so scared that im never going to be good enough or have the qualities to get a g/f

Having a girlfriend is not like a race where you have to be "good enough" to finish first. It's just a matter of meeting the person that's right for you and there are many choices.

Make a list of the qualities you need to improve and work on it. That will give you the self confidence you need when that special person comes along.

Life isn't a race, it's a journey. Relax and enjoy the ride!

I know some attractive lesbians, they are the ones that are harder to find, because they dont look like lesbians. Maybe you could make a different facebook account and find some groups that will help you find people you are looking for, or use the search options to find other girls your age looking to experiment. If it is more than experimentation, find some kind older lesbians who can be part of a support group, like an older sister who has gone through the whole process and can help you. Most colleges have some type of gay/lesbian/bi group, you can probably find info on the group from the college website, and friend some of the people. To make it easier pick a large college not near your town. With the amount of bullshit that those people go through, they would be happy to help someone elses journey easier.
