Please re-read the instructions for the method named as "Baggage". see here copied: "PNSI entry type to be used when food is carried by or otherwise accompanies an individual and the food is for not for the personal use of the individual (for self, family members, or friends).

This method is for whom then, if NOT For the individual's use? Please clarify. Elizabeth Barry

That web site requires a login.

My interpretation of that statement would be food being transported that is not intended for consumption on the flight like the fruitcake you're taking to grandma.
