Does she like me?

I see this girl at a bar where she works and I frequent it a lot. Now, this bar has a lot of weirdo's, so we tend to chat a lot. Usually I have a few in me, but she seems not to mind. She flirts, puts her arm around me, snuggles up to me sometimes, comes from behind the bar to chat, and when I talk to her I have her total attention. Her eyes do seem to light up when I talk to her, she asks me if I am going to be there on the days that she works, and she has told me that she likes me. Add to that that when I talk to her, she always seems to laugh and smile, and I reciprocate until it gets uncomfortable (because she is smoldering hot) and walk away to chat up somebody else and let her breath.

On the other hand, she flirts a lot. Very beautiful girl, like a legit 9 or 10, model type so there are many who are interested I imagine. She told me she likes a type of guy of which I am not. When I ask her out after her shift (usually midnight), she refuses, like 'noooo, I'm going home to sleep'. We did the 'go out with friends' thing, and are going to do it again soon, but she's got me wondering. She told (with a smile) that I dont finish my sentences, and sometimes dont make sense. She told me that she likes my compliments (I told her she's 'magnetic' among other things and that was a gem indeed).

Getting a good looking female that works in a bar and gets propositioned constantly to even do the "go out with friends" thing is an accomplishment. Barmaids have heard it all and none of the pickup lines work. They also understand that once they start dating one of the customers, the tip cup will immediately go empty. What works for her is to have every guy in the place think she's in love with him and carry a wad of cash home every night to live her private life.

Excuse my cynicism but in my opinion, trying to have a relationship with a female you met while she was working in a bar has terrible odds against your being successful.
