How do I ask for a jury trial?

If you don't understand the simple procedure for filing a motion for a jury trial, no-way you will make it through the trial on your own. Whether criminal or civil, if you have a case worthy of a jury trial, you have a case worthy of a lawyer unless you have self-destructive tendancies.
