When you have pain anywhere in your body, that's your nervous system telling you something is wrong. There is no one simple answer for dealing with "back pain." In many cases back pain is from sitting all day and not getting enough exercise. In others there is something more serious from kidney or liver problems to slipped disks. What you do to relieve the pain depends on what the problem is. See a doctor.

Attempt this: Get a pillowcase and fill it with rice.(regular rice, not minute rice) Tie the end with an elastic band.(if you're shrewd, you can sew the end) Firmer pillow=more rice, Loose pillow=less rice. Place in microwave for a few minutes. Place on throbbing back and appreciate the alleviation! I am 28 weeks and I have been experiencing back torment since I was four months and this is the main thing that gives me some brief alleviation. I seek it works after you.
