I didnt know I was pregnant in my dream.

I need help with this dream ! It is the craziest dream I have ever had. I was in my house, and I got up to go to the bathroom, and when I came out of the bathroom I was suddenly in labor! I didn't even know I was pregnant. I had a big baby boy all alone in the house. After I delivered him I wrapped him in a blanket and laid him on the couch. Then I left. I left him there for 3 days. I came back everyday to check on him and feed him and everyday when I left I wrapped him a blanket and laid him on the couch. On the fourth day I took him to the car so I could tell my mom I had a baby I showed him to her and she said ok and I woke up
