How do make a presentation from a prerecorded mp3 file plus a pdf

I have a prerecorded mp3 file and a pdf. I would like to record them together into one file. how do I do that?

Look at adding "Custom Animations" to a Power Point presentation. You can mix text and audio set to a timeline.

If it is to be distributed, you can roll it into an executable that will play on computers that don't have Power Point installed.
