When ever I sign off, I have to reload home page and other programs

Whenever I sign off, upon returning, I have to reload face book and other programs

By "sign off" do you mean log off your user account, shut down the machine or what?

By "reload" do you mean restart them or reinstall them?

if I get what you mean it is supposed to be like that.
To keep your programs running, do not "log out", but "change user".
That way you keep beeing logged in (you have to enter your password) and your programs are running all the way.
