i put my phone near my counter . 2 oman person came my office and ask me give the cover packing. that time iam going inside of the shop.that time they put my phone and ran away . how I discover my phone

Call the service provider and tell them to disconnect the phone. Unless you have access to GPS data in the phone, you will likely be unable to locate it but you shouldn't have to pay for calls they made on the phone.
