MS Office won't be much help. Assuming you're referring to MP3 technology, WinAmp or MusicMatch allow you to do such classifications for example. I suspect Windows Media Player might also but I've never dealt with it.

You can also use Windows Explorer to construct a heirarchy of folders that work like an outline:

Genre
____Artist
________Album
____________Song

If you're not familiar with Explorer, post a comment and I'll provide details.

Xvid, formerly "XviD") is a video codec library following the MPEG-4 standard, specifically MPEG-4 Part 2 Advanced Simple Profile (ASP). It uses ASP features such as b-frames, global and quarter pixel motion compensation, lumi masking, trellis quantization, and H.263, MPEG and custom quantization matrices.

BlazeVideo Video Magic is the best Divx to Xvid converter.
BlazeVideo Video Magic not only fast converts Divx to Xvid, also converts almost all popular video formats to XVID(AVI), ASF, MP4, 3GP, HD(AVI/MP4/MPG), converts audio files to MP3/MP2/AAC/AC3. And you can import a DVD and convert it to the formats what you want! Downloading files directly from YouTube or Yahoo is offered by Video Magic. With an easy-to-use interface, Divx to Xvid conversion routine is so clear as 1-2-3-4-5.

Load your Divx source files by clicking “Add File(s)”. Batch conversions are allowed!

2. Choose Xvid as the output format by clicking “Profile-Common Video-XVID(AVI)”.
3. You can reset the output folder for saving the converted files by clicking “Output-Browse”.

4. You can customize files by clicking “Edit” and “Setting”. The edit tools include clip, crop, watermark, subtitle, merge, slideshow. Setting allows you to reset video and audio’s output parameters such as bitrates, video size, frame rate, sample rate.
5. Click “Start” to convert. After seconds you would get the tailored Xvid video.
