How would I recover a letter that I acidently said no too when prompted to save?

I composed a letter and when I was finished, I accidently said no to whether I want to save it or not, I now need to know how to recover this letter

Unless you are using an old word processor that makes a temp file, the letter is lost. Modern programs hold the information in memory and only send it to disk when you select 'Save.'

Look under the 'File' option on the Menu of the program for 'Restore' or something like that. If it's not there, it's gone.
