How do you get CamStudio to sync audio and video together?

When CamStudio finishes the recordings that I am testing it says that it cant sync the audio and video parts of the recording and saves them seperately. When I went to find those sound recordings, they were nowhere to be found, is it my computer or am I just looking in the wrong places/ am I using the program incorrectly?

CamStudio will record the audio going through the speakers if you have the "Record Audio from Speakers" option set. It will also record from a microphone if you choose that option but not both. Not all computers are compatable with that arrangement.

If you're sure you have the setup consistent with the way you're trying to do it and the system volume etc. is correct, I would suspect it is an audio compatability issue.

I perfer to use Audacity to record audio seperately.
Personally I use DemoCreator which has a build-in audio recorder, but still I'd like to use Audacity to record the sound track.
