I want to know how to get music to play on my mp3

There are many kinds of MP3 players. If it is a portable player you have to load the music from a computer. If it's a PC based player, you probably have to load it into a library and/or a playlist.

To get a more specific answer you need to be more specific in the question.

ok I have a transcend t10 it will put the files on but nothin comes out

Transcend doesn't list that unit for MP3 players. They list a 320, 330, 650, 850, and 860. No T10 listed.

Samsung makes a media player designated T-10. 4 GB Slim Portable Media Player with Bluetooth.

You can download music from websites to your mp3 player by the use of a program.
